FrozenFunds is a self-help tool. It calculates dates from the terms you tell it about and drafts letters from your own figures, for you to send yourself. It is not a law firm or a claims-management company, does not act on your behalf, does not contact any processor, and does not take a share of any money released. Nothing here is legal or financial advice. The guides are general information, checked on the dates shown; terms and rules change, and each case turns on its own facts.

FrozenFunds is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Stripe, PayPal, Shopify or Square. Their names are used only to describe whose terms the calculator reads.

What we will not help with

Opening accounts under another identity, hiding a past closure from a new provider, or processing payments for prohibited goods or services.

Your data

• Your hold details, letter fields and evidence summary are saved only in your browser’s local storage. Payment CSV files are read on your device and never uploaded.
• Analytics (PostHog, EU region) run only if you click “Allow”. If you allow them, we record page views, which tools are used and errors, and, for a sample of visits, session replays with every form input masked. We never record amounts, names or letter text. “No thanks” keeps analytics off.
• No accounts, no ads, no third-party trackers.
